Smart QR Package Campaign

Smart QR Package Campaign (Terms and Conditions)

This Campaign shall commence on 1 July 2023 and ends on 31 December 2023 (“Campaign Period”). Any extension thereof shall be at the sole discretion of the company.
  1. Complimentary Device

    • As part of the campaign, a complimentary device is included with each package.​

    • The device provided is subject to availability and at the discretion of the company.

  2. ​​Package Options

    • This campaign consists of three different packages: Package 96, Package 192, and Package 288.

    • Each package includes a specified data plan duration of 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years, respectively.

    • The data plan duration begins from the date of activation of the package.

    • For the purpose of Package 288 mentioned in item 2 (a) above, the package will include a rebate plan as follows: -

      • a 1% rebate on the MDR from 01 July to 31 December 2023.

      • the rebate amount will be transferred back to the account once a month.

      • the 1% rebate payment will be issued by the beginning of the following month, prior to the 7th.

      • the rebate plan is applicable only for transactions made within the specified time frame.

      • the rebate is subject to change or termination at the discretion of the company by communicating to the merchants through the appropriate channels​​

  3. Data Plan Termination

    • If there is no usage on the data plan for three consecutive months, the data plan will be terminated.​

    • Termination of the data plan will result in the loss of all remaining data balance, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.

  4. Package Renewal

    • The package is subject to renewal based on the subscriber's chosen subscription period (e.g., yearly, monthly).​

    • Renewal shall not be automatic. For renewal of the package, the subscriber must notify the Company and agree on a new subscription plan before the expiration of the current subscription period, subject to the necessary payment of the new subscription plan.

    • Failure to renew the package within the specified time frame may result in the termination or suspension of services associated with the package.

    • Any changes to the package or its terms during the renewal period will be communicated to the subscriber through appropriate channels.

  5. Device Warranty

    • All devices purchased as part of this package are covered by a one (1) year warranty beginning from the activation date (“Warranty Period”).​

    • The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

    • The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

    • In case of a warranty claim, a subscriber shall communicate such claim through the appropriate channels within the Warranty Period.

    • Subject to item 5(d), any device will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the company.

  6. General Terms

Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to this campaign, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined herein and these terms and condition shall constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the company. 

The company reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, omit and/or vary any part or the whole of the terms and conditions of this Campaign without prior notice to the Subscriber and Subscriber shall be bound to observe, perform and comply with the terms and conditions herein and any amendments thereof.

The company reserves the right to terminate the package or any part of it without prior notice or liability. 

Governing Law  
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
