Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
This promotion is open to the first 1,000 new micro & small merchants who are new to Bayarlah (first time sign-ups only).
2. Transaction Volume Requirement Period:
Merchants are required to process a minimum transaction of RM40,000 through the Bayarlah platform within 6 months from the date the device is received (“Requirement Period”).
3. Rebate Eligibility
The device price of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred and Forty-Nine Only (RM149.00) will be rebated to merchants who has reached the minimum transaction as specified in (2) and failure to meet the transaction requirement may result in forfeiture of the rebate.
4. Rebate for Device Cost
The rebate will be rebated in the 7th month following the Requirement Period and subject always to the fulfilment of the minimum transaction of RM40,000.00.
5. Warranty and Support of Device
Subject to the Terms & Condition for Smart QR and Smart QR Pro.
6. Non- Transferability and Non-Exchangeable
This promotion and any associated rebates are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
7. Renewal Details
Subsequent renewal fee for the data plan will be at the prevailing rate, and any changes will be communicated to the merchant in advance.
8. Promotion Period
The company reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
9. Suspicious Transaction
The company reserves the right not to recognize any suspicious transactions made.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding the rebate or the promotion will be resolved in accordance with Bayarlah’s standard dispute resolution procedures.
