With over 12 years of diverse experience, Milkly Tan is an accomplished leader in accounting, HR, business development, marketing, and e-commerce. Milkly started her career in administration, where she developed strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and operations. Her ability to leverage basic IT knowledge led her to become a backend console specialist, where she created systems that streamlined operations and significantly improved business efficiency.

Throughout her career, Milkly has taken on roles in marketing and customer service, ensuring accurate execution of strategies and delivering high-quality support. She joined Beez Fintech in 2020, and under her leadership, the team grew from just 3 to nearly 50 employees. As the Chief Operating Officer, she oversees company-wide operations, managing multiple departments and leading negotiations with external parties, partners, and suppliers.
